The Management Board of Aforti Holding S.A. based in Warsaw (“the Company”, “the Issuer”), hereby informs that Mr. Maciej Stańczuk acting as Member of the Company’s Supervisory Board, submitted his resignation from performing this function on August 16, 2018.
The Management Board and the Supervisory Board of the Company would like to thank Mr. Maciej Stańczuk for the work done during the period of holding the office of the Member of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board.
Contemporaneously, the Management Board of the Company informs that Mr. Maciej Stańczuk continues the cooperation with the Aforti Group, entering the President of the Management Board office in the subsidiary: Aforti, UAB. This company was registered on July 8th, 2019 in Vilnius (Lithuania) – about which the Issuer informed in the current ESPI report No. 16/2019 on July 9th, 2019.
