In September, we had the pleasure to be an active participant in the Golden Solutions – Debt Trading conference. The AFORTI Group was represented at this event by Anna Gdaniec, Corporate Sales Director at Aforti Collections, who in her speech discussed portfolio valuation methods in the light of current legal changes.
In her lecture, Anna Gdaniec focused on what parameters can affect (both positively and negatively) the value of the portfolio. The lecture met with great interest of conference participants.
In addition, using the experience of Aforti Collections, we took part in an expert discussion panel. It concerned the direction in which the debt trading market is following the legal changes introduced this year.
The Golden Solutions – Debt Trading conference was attended by companies both selling and buying liabilities. The event enjoyed a very high turnout, which was certainly influenced by the fact that in 2019 a number of changes were made to the costs associated with the pursuit of claims by primary and secondary creditors.
In addition to Aforti Collections, among the conference speakers you could find representatives of the largest financial institutions in Poland, including Bank Pekao or ING Bank Śląski.
