The Management Board of Aforti Holding S.A. based in Warsaw (hereinafter: „the Company”, „the Issuer”), in respect of current report no. 17/2019 dated on 06/03/2019 in the matter of the allocation of P8 series bonds, hereby inform that on January 7th, 2020 made premature buyback of 200 bonds of P8 series for redemption them.
The Management Board of the Company decided to use a Possibility of Premature Buyback at call of the Issuer, accordance with the Terms and Conditions of issue of P8 series bonds.
