The Management Board of Aforti Holding S.A. with its seat in Warsaw („Company”, „Issuer”), enclosed to this announcement, provides the corrected content of the consolidated report of Aforti Holding Capital Group for 2018 and the protocol of changes containing the content of the added point.
At the same time, the Issuer’s Management Board informs that originally the above mentioned periodical report was submitted by the Issuer as an attachment to the content of the EBI report no 34/2019 of 30 May 2019. The reason for the correction is the lack of publication, selected financial data of the company not subject to consolidation, in the content of the periodic report for 2018. The correction of the report does not affect the consolidated financial results of the Capital Group for 2018 presented in the original version of the report.
