The Management Board of Aforti Holding S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw („the Company”, „the Issuer”), in reference to the current report: No. 9/2018 of 13.02.2018 on the allocation of O2 series bonds, hereby informs that on December 23, 2020 it made an early redemption of 100 O2 series bonds in order to redeem them. The Management Board of the Company decided to use the Early Redemption Option at the request of the Issuer in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Issuing O2 series bonds.
