The Management Board of Aforti Holding S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw („the Company”, „the Issuer”), in reference to the current report:
a) No. 66/2018 dated 28.09.2018 regarding the allocation of series O15 bonds, hereby informs that on 27 August 2021 it made an early redemption of 25 series O15 bonds for cancellation. The Management Board of the Company decided to exercise the Early Redemption Option at the request of the Issuer in accordance with the Terms of Series O15 Bonds
b) No. 71/2018 dated 15.10.2018 regarding the allotment of series O18 bonds, hereby informs that on 27 August 2021 it made an early redemption of 166 series O18 bonds for cancellation. The Management Board of the Company decided to exercise the Early Redemption Option at the request of the Issuer in accordance with the Terms of Issue of the Series O18 Bonds
c) No. 84/2018 dated 10.12.2018 regarding the allotment of series O24 bonds, hereby informs that on 27 August 2021 it made an early redemption of 125 series O24 bonds for cancellation. The Management Board of the Company decided to exercise the Early Redemption Option at the request of the Issuer in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Series O24 Bonds
