The Management Board of Aforti Holding S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter “Issuer”) hereby informs that on 14th June 2017 an early redemption of 105 Bonds, L series took place for the purpose of their cancellation. The Management Board of Aforti Holding S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw decided to exercise the Option of Early Redemption upon the Issuer’s request under Article 9 of The Terms and Conditions of Issuing Series L6 Bonds.
