Implementing the strategy of the AFORTI Group, in August 2020, we established the company AFORTI PLC in Great Britain.
Now it’s time for the next steps!
We are continuing the activities carried out by the broker from Great Britain aimed at the indirect listing of AFORTI Exchange S.A. on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
Work is also ongoing to raise up to EUR 5 million through a private private placement, as well as a further GBP 4.5 million through an Initial Public Offering on the LSE.
We are accelerating work on obtaining an EMI license and expansion into other European markets!
