The Management Board of Aforti Holding S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw („the Company”, „the Issuer”), in reference to the current report:
- No. 81/2017 of 10.11.2017 concerning allocation of series N47 bonds, hereby informs that on 6 July 2020 he made an early redemption of 300 series N47 bonds in order to redeem them. The Management Board of the Company decided to use the Early Redemption Option at the request of the Issuer in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Issue of Series N47 Bonds.
- No. 84/2017 of 17.11.2017 concerning the allocation of N48 series bonds, hereby informs that on 6 July 2020, he made an early redemption of 30 series N48 bonds for redemption. The Management Board of the Company decided to exercise the Early Redemption Option at the request of the Issuer in accordance with with the Terms and Conditions of Issuing N48 Series Bonds.
- No. 90/2017 of 01.12.2017 concerning the allocation of series N50 bonds, hereby informs that on 6 July 2020, he made an early redemption of 20 series N50 bonds for redemption. The Management Board of the Company decided to exercise the Early Redemption Option at the request of the Issuer in accordance with with the Conditions of Issue of N50 Series Bonds.
- No. 96/2017 of 22.12.2017 concerning the allotment of series N54 bonds, hereby informs that on 6 July 2020, he made an early redemption of 50 series N54 bonds to redeem them. The Management Board of the Company decided to exercise the Early Redemption Option at the request of the Issuer in accordance with with the Terms and Conditions of Issue of N54 Series Bonds.
- No. 2/2018 of 02.01.2018 concerning the allocation of series N55 bonds, hereby informs that on 6 July 2020 he made an early redemption of 30 series N55 bonds in order to redeem them. The Management Board of the Company decided to exercise the Early Redemption Option at the request of the Issuer in accordance with with the Terms and Conditions of Issue of N55 Series Bonds.
