Luna martie a reprezentat o lună record pentru întregul grup AFORTI. Primul trimestru s-a finalizat cu menținerea dinamicii, care a determinat o creștere cu 161% față de primul trimestru al anului 2020. Rezultatele sunt optimiste, determinând speranțe rezonabile pentru rezultate și mai bune în luna Aprilie. Lucrăm la achiziția unei companii de factoring din Croația – pentru acest scop, am semnat Acordul care semnifică începutul negocierilor pentru contractul final de vânzare-cumpărare. in the second month of 2021, the AFORTI Group maintained its growth dynamics. The entire Group generated sales higher by 135% compared to February last year. We are optimistic about the next months in terms of operational and sales results, and at the same time we are working on processes related to foreign investments. In recent days, we have made a preliminary offer to take over all or a majority stake in a factoring company operating on the Croatian market. More details can be found in the current Newsletter.

Ladies and Gentlemen,
in the first month of 2021, the AFORTI Group maintained its growth dynamics. The entire Group generated sales higher by 125% compared to January last year. We are optimistic about the next few months in terms of operational and sales results, and at the same time, we are working on processes related to foreign investments. In recent weeks, we have signed appropriate agreements to acquire an EMI-licensed company, we are working on the listing of AFORTI PLC on the London Stock Exchange, and soon we are starting the 16th edition of Investor’s Day. Licență EMI
We are pleased to announce that today we have been notified by our subsidiary from Great Britain – AFORTI PLC – that it has signed a conditional share purchase agreement in an EU company, which obtained the electronic money institution license „EMI”, under respective European Union directives.
The indicated license enables the provision of payment services and the issuing and storage of electronic money.
Upon fulfilment of the conditions of the aforementioned EMI share purchase agreement, AFORTI PLC will be entitled to acquire a controlling shareholding and to commence its operational activities. At the same time, the process of AFORTI PLC listing on the London Stock Exchange will begin.
The acquisition of EMI is in line with the strategy of the AFORTI Group, which aims to become a pan-European supplier of comprehensive financial solutions for Small and Medium Enterprises.
