The Management Board of Aforti Holding S.A. (joint stock company) hereby informs that as of 22 March 2016 by order of the VII Registry Court: District Court in Warsaw, AFORTI MICROLOANS Closed-End Private Equity Fund based in Warsaw (Fund) entered into the register of investment funds with the number RFI 1333.

Legal basis: Article 3, section 2, Item 2, Appendix 3 to Alternative Trading System Regulations “Current and Periodic Information Exchanged within the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect market”.
