After years of intensive work, the AFORTI Group, in line with the strategy planned for 2021-2023, is on the point of expanding abroad. In August 2020, AFORTI PLC was registered on the UK market, which will help AFORTI Exchange to list on the London Stock Exchange.
The end of 2021 saw 2 important events for the AFORTI Group’s business. 12 October 2021 was the first day of listing of AFORTI Holding’s bonds on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. Then, at the end of December of the same year, the EMI (Electronic Money Institution) licence was activated, authorising AFORTI to operate in European countries.
In 2022, as part of the international expansion, factoring and foreign exchange were launched in Romania. The AFORTI Group carries out international financial transactions and can provide services within this area.
