Takeover of new shares in the increased share capital of subsidiary.

The board of Aforti Holding SA hereby announces, that on May 31, 2016 it took over 7,200 (seven thousand two hundred) new shares with a total value of PLN 360,000 (six hundred sixty thousand Polish zloty) in the increased share capital of Aforti Ac Sp. z o.o.. Increasing the share capital of Aforti Ac Sp. z o.o. is intended to finance the dynamic development of the subsidiary Company.
