Acquisition of new shares and an increase of share capital of Aforti Securities S.A. (joint stock company).

The Management Board of Aforti Holding S.A. (joint stock company) would like to hereby announce that as of 17 June 2016 the company acquired 500 new shares worth 1 000 000 (one million) zlotys in result of which the share capital of Aforti Securities S.A. was increased. The increase of share capital of Aforti Securities S.A. was done in order to improve on capital adequacy norm indicators. After court registration of stock issuance Aforti Holding S.A. will participate in 9,998% of share capital and will have 9,998% of votes in Aforti Securities S.A.

Legal basis: Article 5, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 2) and Paragraph 2 of the Exhibit 3 (“Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect market”) to the Alternative Trading System Rules.
