The Managment Board of Aforti Holding S.A. based in Warsaw, hereby informs that on 28 September 2016, signed the letter of engagement with Dinova Rusev & Partners Law Office _hereinafter: DRP_. Resulting in DRP conducting the registration process of subsidiary Aforti Exchange Bulgaria and the process of obtaining all necessary permissions required to conduct business on an online platform of currency exchange. Signing of the aforementioned contracts and comencing the registration process of the subsidiary Aforti Exchange Bulgaria is an element of execution of the new strategy established by the Managment Board on 14 July 2016, which was announced in the current report nr 25/2016 of 14 July 2016.
