Change in breakdown of total vote count at Aforti Holding S.A. –current report no 48/2016 correction

The Managment Board of Aforti Holding S.A. based in Warsaw, hereby informs that the legal basis given in the current report no 23/2016 of September 23rd, 2016 relating to the shares sale by Futuris S.A., was an incorrect.

The Board should have announced the information based on Art. 70 section 1 of the bill on public offers and conditions for introducing financial instruments to an organized exchange system and public companies ( Dz.U 05.184.1539).
