The Board of Aforti Holding SA with its seat in Warsaw ( “Issuer” or the “Company”) hereby informs that it has decided not to publish the forecasts of financial results of the Company for the year 2017 nor for any of its periods.
The basis for this decision is a planned expansion of the area of activity of the Issuer and the consequent high risk of inaccurate forecast earnings.
