The Management Board of Aforti Holding S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter “Issuer”) hereby informs that on 26th May 2017 an early redemption of 550 Bonds, L1 series took place for the purpose of their cancellation. The Management Board of Aforti Holding S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw decided to exercise the Option of Early Redemption upon the Issuer’s request under Article 18.2 of The Terms and Conditions of Issuing Series L1 Bonds.
Legal basis: Article 3, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 6) of the Exhibit 3 (“Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect market”) to the Alternative Trading System Rules.
