The board of Aforti Holding SA headquartered in Warsaw (“the Issuer”) hereby announces, that on September 14th, 2017 in accordance with the Conditions of Issue which comprised an annex to Resolution 02/01/09/2015 dated September 01st, 2015, it purchased 120 L5 series bonds in order to remit them.
Legal basis: Article 3, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 6) of the Exhibit 3 (“Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect market”) to the Alternative Trading System Rules.
