We would like to inform you that on December 19, 2018, the Board of Directors of Aforti Holding S.A. obtained information that due to a technical system error in Dom Maklerski BOŚ S.A. (hereinafter: “DM BOŚ”) the interest for the 23rd interest period of N1 series bonds was paid with a two-day delay. The interest on bonds was transferred to the Bondholders on December 19, 2018. Taking into account the sessions of incoming and outgoing transfers at individual banks, interest should be recorded in your accounts by the end of December 20, 2018.
It should be noted that the delay does not result from the fault of the Company, which has fulfilled all obligations of the issuer, inter alia, transferring to the DM BOŚ account funds for interest payment on December 13, 2018.
We enclose an official letter received from DM BOŚ informing that the delay resulted only from the technical system error.
