The Management Board of Aforti Holding S.A. based in Warsaw (hereinafter: „the Company”, „the Issuer”), in respect of current report no. 16/2019 dated on 28/02/2019 in the matter of the allocation of P7 series bonds, hereby inform that on December 27, 2019 made premature buyback of 30 bonds of P7 series for redemption them.
The Management Board of the Company decided to use a Possibility of Premature Buyback at call of the Issuer, accordance with the Terms and Conditions of issue of P7 series bonds.
