RB EBI 5/2024 Resignation of a Member of the Company’s Supervisory Board

Management Board of Aforti Holding S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter: “Issuer”, “Company”) informs that on February 23, 2024, it received the resignation of Mrs. Olga Chojecka-Szymańska from her position as a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company, effective as of February 23, 2024. Mrs. Olga Chojecka-Szymańska did not give reasons for her resignation.

Legal basis: § 3 sec. 1 point 7 of Appendix No. 3 to the Rules of the Alternative Trading System “Current and Periodic Information provided in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect market”.
