The Management Board of AFORTI Holding S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), on June 13, 2024, received information from the Management Board of Aforti Collections S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (subsidiary), that Alerion spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością – arrangement supervisor in the restructuring proceedings (arrangement approval proceedings) of the subsidiary, pursuant to Art. 226a section 1 of the Restructuring Law, announced in the National Register of Debtors setting the arrangement date for June 13, 2024.
