Last Friday, AFORTI Collections opened a new office space in our operational center in Lublin, dedicated to customer service as part of the Call Center.
The new office has been designed to create comfortable and functional working conditions for Call Center employees and to provide convenient and professional customer service. The area consists of many workstations, designed in accordance with the latest ergonomic and technological standards, which allow for free communication with clients and quick and effective handling of debt collection cases.
In addition, the office space has been equipped with additional amenities, such as relaxation zones and kitchens, to provide employees with the best working conditions and allow them to fully relax during breaks.
We are convinced that the new space will significantly improve the quality of our customer service and will enable us to operate even more effectively and efficiently. We want to provide our customers with the best quality of service and always help in solving their problems and needs.
