Changed date of publication of unitary annual report for 2015

The board of Aforti Holding S.A. headquartered in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) hereby announces, that it has changed the date of publication for the annual unitary report for 2015. As determined in the relevant EBI Company report ref. no. 1/2016 dated January 4, 2016 the original publication date was set for May 30, 2016. Due to the change, the new date of publication of the unitary annual report is set for April 15, 2016. The publication date for the Company’s consolidated annual report for 2015 remains unchanged.
