Contract termination of the market maker function on the NewConnect market.

The board of Aforti Holding SA would like to hereby announce, that as of April 26th 2016 it submitted a notice of termination of the agreement concerning its function of Animator on the NewConnect market signed with the Brokerage House of PKO Bank Polski SA on May 20th 2011. The notice period is three months, effective at the end of the given month. The Issuer would also like to announce, that it has already taken steps towards signing a new agreement with another party, which will take over the function of Market Animator on behalf of the Company.
