Graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Poznań University of Economics and completed postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław. He holds an MBA from National Louis University. He is an economist who began his career on the Polish banking and finance market. He has experience as a credit inspector in the First Commercial Bank S.A., as a director of Factor In Bank and managing director for corporate clients in Getin Bank S.A. and as a director of the specialist department in Noble Bank S.A. He was a member of the supervisory board of Introfactor S.A., managing director at Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A. and board member at Raiffeisen Financial Services Poland sp. z o.o. He is the founder and president of the board of Aforti Holding S.A., the company at the forefront of several companies providing financial services catering to small and medium-sized enterprises.
Kamilla Sytek – Skonieczna

Graduated from Poznań University of Economics. She is an expert in corporate finance and accounting. She has been a finance director for foreign companies in Poland for more than six years. In 1997-2000 she was a consolidation specialist and independent accountant at Hochtief Poland. In 2000-2006 she worked for Bridgestone Poland – one of the largest Japanese investors in Poland. In 2006 she was a financial controller at MCS Central Europe and was promoted in 2007 to the position of finance director.
Since December 2011 she has worked at KETYS Investments sp. z .o.o. where she supervises financial policies of subsidiary companies.
