O19 Series Bonds Allocation CR 103/2018
The Management Board of Aforti Holding SA based in Warsaw (“the Company”, “the Issuer”) hereby informs that on 29th October 2018 The Management Board passed a resolution of O19 series bonds allocation („the Bonds”). Subscription of the Bonds was conducted in accordance to a resolution of The Management Board on 15th October 2018 of O19 series bonds issue.
In accordance to the resolution of O19 series bonds allocation, The Board allocated 1072 (one thousand seventy two) O19 series bonds of 1.000,00 (one thousand) PLN both nominal and emissional value each and 1.072.000 (one million seventy two thousand) PLN in total.
O19 series bonds are three-years unsecured bonds. Bondholders will be paid a monthly coupon at a constant percentage amount of 7,00% per annum. The O19 series bonds purchase date is 29th October 2021. The issued Bonds are denominated in Polish zloty (PLN) and were offered in private issue mode, only on Polish territory.

Buy out of the N21 series bonds CR 102/2018
The Management Board of Aforti Holding SA based in Warsaw (“the Company”, “the Issuer”) hereby announces, that on 29th October 2018, in accordance with the Conditions of Issue which comprised an annex to Resolution of the Board no 05/25/04/2017 dated on 25th April 2017, it purchased 201 of the N21 series Bonds to redemption of them.

Buy out of the M24 series bonds CR 101/2018
The Management Board of Aforti Holding SA based in Warsaw (“the Company”, “the Issuer”) hereby announces, that on 24th October 2018, in accordance with the Conditions of Issue which comprised an annex to Resolution of the Board no 02/12/10/2016 dated on 12th October 2016, it purchased 488 of the M24 series Bonds to redemption of them.

O20 Series Bonds Allocation CR 100/2018
The Management Board of Aforti Holding SA based in Warsaw (“the Company”, “the Issuer”) hereby informs that on 19th October 2018 The Management Board passed a resolution of O20 series bonds allocation („the Bonds”). Subscription of the Bonds was conducted in accordance to a resolution of The Management Board on 16th October 2018 of O20 series bonds issue.
In accordance to the resolution of O20 series bonds allocation, The Board allocated 2 111 (two thousand one hundred eleven) O20 series bonds of 1.000,00 (one thousand) PLN both nominal and emissional value each and 2.111.000 (two millions one hundred eleven thousand) PLN in total.
O20 series bonds are two-years unsecured bonds. Bondholders will be paid a monthly coupon at a constant percentage amount of 6,50% per annum. The O20 series bonds purchase date is 19th October 2020. The issued Bonds are denominated in Polish zloty (PLN) and were offered in private issue mode, only on Polish territory.

Buy out of the M23 series bonds CR 99/2018
The Management Board of Aforti Holding SA based in Warsaw (“the Company”, “the Issuer”) hereby announces, that on 17th October 2018, in accordance with the Conditions of Issue which comprised an annex to Resolution of the Board no 02/05/10/2016 dated on 05th October 2016, it purchased 963 of the M23 series Bonds to redemption of them.
