The Management Board of Aforti Holding S.A. based in Warsaw, hereby informs that on 16th November 2017 The Board passed a resolution of N48 series bonds allocation („the Bonds”). Subscription of the Bonds was conducted in accordance to a resolution of The Management Board of November 10th 2017 of N48 series bonds issue. In accordance to the resolution of N48 series bonds allocation, The Board allocated 745 (seven hundred and forty five) N48 series bonds of 1.000,00 (one thousand) PLN both nominal and emissional value each and 745.000,00 (seven hundred and forty five thousand) PLN in total. N48 series bonds are three-years unsecured bonds. Bondholders will be paid a monthly coupon at a constant percentage amount of 8,00% per annum. The N48 series bonds purchase date is 16th November 2020. The issued bonds are denominated in Polish zloty and were offered in private issue mode, only on Polish territory.
