The Management Board of Aforti Holding S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter “Company”) hereby informs that on 20th November 2017 Aforti Finance S.A., a subsidiary company (hereinafter “Subsidiary company”) entered into agreement with SIA ViVentor with its registered office in Riga (Latvia) (hereinafter “ViVentor”) related to organising financing for financing lending of the Subsidiary company. ViVentor is the operator of P2P platform which enables investors from over 30 countries to finance loans granted by the Subsidiary Company.
