The board of Aforti Holding S.A. headquartered in Warsaw (hereafter referred to as “Company”, “Issuer”) would hereby like to announce, that on September 22, 2016 the board of the Issuer received information from Futuris S.A. and Futuris Capital (Cyprus) Ltd., that on September 16, 2016, as a result of claim compensation, Futuris S.A. sold off 1.247.980 of its ordinary bearer shares to Futuris Capital (Cyprus) Ltd. As a result, the informing entities acting in concert possess a total of 1.759.980 ordinary bearer shares, which account for 22.56% of the share capital and the total vote count, and Futuris Capital (Cyprus) Ltd. is their primary bearer. Before this change, the informing entities acting in concert held a total of 1.759.980 ordinary bearer shares, which accounted for 22.56% of the share capital and total vote count with Futuris S.A. owning 1.247.980 and Futuris Capital (Cyprus) Ltd owning 512.000 shares respectively.
