AFORTI Exchange extends its offer

Due to the needs of customers of the AFORTI Exchange currency exchange platform, the currency exchange offer has been extended to include new currencies.

Polish and foreign media about the issue of foreign bonds of AFORTI Holding

At the turn of August and September, the first foreign issue of AFORTI Holding corporate bonds took place. It was made thanks to the cooperation of the AFORTI Group with the renowned Romanian brokerage house SSIF GOLDRING S.A. The total value of the issue was RON 2 million and was fully subscribed within just two days of its commencement. The offer presented by the Polish company was very popular, as evidenced by the oversubscription at the level of 24 percent. Due to the great interest of investors in the issue of bonds, AFORTI does not exclude the possibility of repeating this process in cooperation with the brokerage house SSIG GOLDRING S.A. and all funds obtained in this way will be allocated to the development of the AFORTI Group’s operations on the Romanian market.
