Ladies and Gentlemen,
in the first month of 2021, the AFORTI Group maintained its growth dynamics. The entire Group generated sales higher by 125% compared to January last year. We are optimistic about the next few months in terms of operational and sales results, and at the same time, we are working on processes related to foreign investments. In recent weeks, we have signed appropriate agreements to acquire an EMI-licensed company, we are working on the listing of AFORTI PLC on the London Stock Exchange, and soon we are starting the 16th edition of Investor’s Day. EMI License
We are pleased to announce that today we have been notified by our subsidiary from Great Britain – AFORTI PLC – that it has signed a conditional share purchase agreement in an EU company, which obtained the electronic money institution license “EMI”, under respective European Union directives.
The indicated license enables the provision of payment services and the issuing and storage of electronic money.
Upon fulfilment of the conditions of the aforementioned EMI share purchase agreement, AFORTI PLC will be entitled to acquire a controlling shareholding and to commence its operational activities. At the same time, the process of AFORTI PLC listing on the London Stock Exchange will begin.
The acquisition of EMI is in line with the strategy of the AFORTI Group, which aims to become a pan-European supplier of comprehensive financial solutions for Small and Medium Enterprises.

From the 2021 season, the speedway team from Gniezno will use the name AFORTI Start Gniezno!
“This is an important moment because, after 3 seasons of being a strategic sponsor, AFORTI appears in the name of the Start Gniezno club” – said Klaudiusz Sytek, president of AFORTI Holding S. A., during a video conference with Bartosz Kapczyński, the club’s marketing director. Business talks lasted very shortly, because as Bartosz Kapczyński emphasized: “For me, for Start Gniezno, the AFORTI Group is a very reliable partner. These are the years of cooperation that I appreciate very much.”
The president of AFORTI Holding S. A. also developed the topic of cooperation with the club from Wielkopolska, plans for the future, and the financial situation of the AFORTI Group.

Newsletter – January 2021
Ladies and Gentlemen,
we are starting 2021 with this Newsletter. Last month was a positive end to a good year for the entire AFORTI Group. We are currently focusing on activities, which will make our companies grow in 2021 as they have been until now. On the example of AFORTI Exchange, the combination of three factors (increasing sales results, going public on the London Stock Exchange and having an EMI license) allowed the company dynamically expand in Europe in the coming years.
We continue to operate in the ongoing pandemic hitting the entire economy. However, looking at how we managed in the previous year and our general experience, we are optimistic about entering the new year. Please find more information in the current Newsletter.
